Mission Statement
The mission of the Leadership Team is to support the Archdiocesan School System by enhancing our community of leaders to ensure excellence within a faith-filled Catholic culture.

Vision Statement
Continue to transform our Archdiocesan School System by partnering with pastors, principals, teachers and families to establish and enrich all students' Catholic faith and knowledge.

Goals

Catholic Identity - Strengthen the Catholic faith based educational program through leadership and modeling of the gospel values.

Strategic Planning - Provide support and guidance with strategic planning to Archdiocesan schools in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating their Archdiocesan School Improvement Plan (ASIP).

Communication - Develop and implement an effective communication plan designed to inform, engage and support Catholic education.

Achievement - Create a learning oriented school culture to meet the needs of all, challenging teachers and students to achieve their highest potential.

Human Resources - Provide focused learning opportunities for leadership growth and development designed to target the spiritual and academic needs of all.
