Curriculum

All Catholic schools of the Archdiocese of Omaha will utilize the standards, assessment and curriculum guidelines promulgated by the Archdiocese of Omaha Catholic School Office which also meet the requirements of the Nebraska Department of Education.

(Archdiocese of Omaha School Board Policy #6504)

These guidelines created by K-12 teachers of the Archdiocese, under the direction of the Catholic Schools Office, present concepts and skills necessary for the spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical development of each student.

It is intended that the Archdiocesan curriculum guides will be used in the development of local curriculum plans and as the basis for daily lesson planning. Use of the curriculum will assist students in attaining the standards.

Each curricular area aligns to the Archdiocese of Omaha Catholic Schools Mission Statement and the Exit Standards for the Catholic Schools for which all are accountable.
